Susan's Story

At a very young age, Susan was given the gift of being intuitive to the healing needs of others. Through
the gift of helping people who needed relief from pain, she started working in physical therapy offices at
the age of 15 years old. Knowing her heart's passion and the joy of helping people heal from injuries, she
became a Licensed Body Worker in 1988. In 1991 she was one of the first frontrunners in providing on-
site chair massage to many corporations in the greater Los Angeles area. Some of her clients consisted
of Mattel, The Getty, Motion Picture Studios, Xerox, Office Depot, Isuzu, Toyota, and Nissan.

She sold her business she created from the ground up in Los Angeles and moved to the desert and co-
founded and created Kinetix Health and Performance Center in 2008. She was pivotal in our desert
community offering innovative programs and modalities. In her programming, she had significant
components that revolved around the youth throughout the valley. With her mentorship of the valley's
youth, on how to turn their dreams and goals into reality, she was instrumental in assisting 90 students
receive D1 college scholarships.

In 2019, a significant medical life event was presented, and she was given the opportunity to sell her
partnership and focus on her personal journey. Little did she know how impactful this event would
transform her life and thereby begin the path of helping others with their own transformation.

Susan created Elements in the Desert in 2020 encompassing her years of knowledge in the health care
field full circle to provide a unique experience. She became a Breathwork Facilitator because she has
found through her experience that approximately 90% of our ailments are emotionally driven. Whether
it’s from an injury, trauma, significant life event or possibly inherited through your DNA, the body tends
to hold on to things that have not been released and often causes residue negative effects. Her goal is
to create a ripple effect of healing. Through her integrative approach, she offers her work privately, in
group settings and via zoom classes, therefore helping others that don’t reside here.

Susan is extremely passionate about helping people free themselves from old stories and beliefs that no
longer serve them so they in turn can start to create and live a happy, healthy and pain-free life.
“We have two lives, and the second one begins when we realize we only have one” - Confucius

In her free time, she enjoys hiking, working out, traveling, music and spending time with her husband,
friends and two goldendoodles. She lives a balanced life. Making memories, enjoying experiences and
living every day to its fullest.
